How to order -
Please use the web shop "Blades by Heritage Knives" to order. You can also contact us by email or send a message on social media.
We normally keep a small stock and make our blades in batches. In busy times it may take up to three months before we are ready with your blade, but usually complete each order within three weeks.
If the item is in stock it will be dispatched within three days, while if not in stock, we will need time to make it and will inform you upon ordering or beforehand.
Custom orders and Semi customization are available too and may add time to produce.

All prices are given in USD and payment should always be made in USD, unless other agreement has been made. We do also accept EUR, GBP, SEK, INR and NRS.
Prices include applicable national Govt. taxes and fees but excludes international import duty and shipping charges unless specified to include.
Heritage Knives reserve the right to change prices due to tax rates, exchange rate, production costs, or other issues that may arise. The price listed when ordering will be honoured and followed.
Payment policy -
When you place an order with Heritage Knives through Kilatools.com, our Facebook page or Instagram page you have accepted our payment policy and will be given the choice of directly paying through the website or sent an invoice via PayPal.
Semi-Custom orders need to be paid min. 50% before we start making your blade.
We prefer payment via PayPal and follow the rules set by PayPal for international orders. If you do not have PayPal do contact us and we can hopefully work something out.
It is up to each customer to look into what rules applies to his or her country. Orders will usually be taken care of the same day if they are received no later than 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, Nepali time (+5.45 GMT).
Age to order -
Heritage Knives does not sell to people under the age of 18 without the consent of a guardian who must place the order and receive it.
By placing an order, you agree that you have the legal right to own the product, that it is legal to own it in your country and that you are of age to own it.
You also agree that you will not use our product for criminal activity, that it will be used with common sense and respect for both yours and another humans’ life.
In the case of emergency, accident or misuse that Heritage Knives will not be held liable or responsible in any way.
Shipping Cost -
Shipping costs is added to listed prices and vary by location, weight and measurements, please contact us for exact rates to your country.
For some regions cheaper shipping rates exists with other Couriers.

Each Kukri usually requires 200-300 g of packing material which is added to the total weight of Kukri and Scabbard.

Heritage Knives uses our own made Kukris and blades on daily basis and love time in nature.
We send our products to all countries that allow fixed blades, certain countries require you to hold a license or permit, please take care of that and provide us a copy before we dispatch your order. Delays, returns and other issues that have to do with the law of your country´s regulations are not be our responsibility.
All orders are sent with courier service, usually DHL, from Nepal. The order is once dispatched from the Couriers Shipping center fully tracable and insured till deliverd to you. Normally it takes 5-10 working days to reach the Civilized world from our land locked mountain country.
All our products are sent abroad using traceable courier service and delivered to your location. We can only deliver to the same address as the registered address of payment and may at times ask for ID or proof of age.
It is always good if you contact us once the item is received.
If you for any reason want to return your purchase, please do so within 7 days of receiving it.
It must return to us in original condition and with original packaging. The products should be in the same condition as when delivered and not damaged. Exterior damages to the parcel MUST be directed to the Courier provider and not us, as it is beyond our responcibility. Though please do inform us so that we can notify our courier agent.
Engraved and semi-custom/custom made products are not covered by the return policy.
Return freight and responsibility for delivery to Heritage Knives is to be borne by the sender.
Returned product(s) will be replaced or exchanged for other products as per agreement.
Always contact us first by sending an e-mail before returning the product. Parcels sent without proper documentation will not be entertained nor replaced.
Force Majeure -
Heritage Knives is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure).
Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
Unclaimed Shipments -
For whatever reason the parcel comes back to us due to the buyer not being able to receive it or it is sent back due to legal reasons disallowing the import, we will not refund the Shipping cost as its already paid to the Shipping provider.
Normally the shipping company delivering it to you will store it for 14 days before sending it back to us.
If there is an additional cost with sending it back, it must be borne by the person ordering the item and not by Heritage Knives.
If you decide to go on holidays after ordering do inform us so we can time the sending.
When ordering a product, the customer has to fill in personal information.
Heritage Knives processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates to establish an encrypted connection when visiting our website.
The personal information you share with us is treated with upmost integrity and in accordance with GDPR.
The information you give us is only used to expedite the Order you have placed and to give you the best service.
