 Boone Hunting 4,5 inch Knife. Based on the classical knife made in Sheffield by Wade & Butcher before WW2 this knife is a handy all-round hunting knife for skinning large and medium sized game and/or for cutting light shrubbery, under brush, etc. The design was later to inspire the U.S.M.C´s fighting knives of WW2 and was also a popular private purchase knife.   It is an easy knife to carry while camping or as a EDC knife. The feel and balance of our Boone knife.

Slightly larger than our Boone, this knife has a larger belly for skinning, and a stronger blade design for standard camp chores and/or bushcraft survival. A knife that lives up to its past glory in use! Comes with hand stitched brown leather sheath.
